It is really important for us to encourage our teenagers to keep active and fit as they head towards their teen years. We understand that the needs for this age group are different to our younger members and so our program is adapted to cater for them.
It is so important to keep teens in sport. Participation in sport provides a social and physical outlet and helps them increase focus when in school. Sport gives an opportunity to provide life skills as they learn how to challenge themselves and push through boundaries. As well as the emotional and physical benefits of sport for teens it helps to keep them in the gym and gives them a valuable use of their time.
The main goals of our Teen program are:
- Providing a fun and social environment to build friendships
- Focus on fitness and body conditioning for a healthy lifestyle
- Skills focus on floor, trampoline and tumbling
Our teen classes are 1-1.5hrs allowing them to focus on both the fitness and the fun!!!
Our aim is to keep your Teen fit and active. We like to focus on fitness based conditioning and then gymnastics skills based on group requirements. We also like to keep things fun and social to keep them engaged and participating in sport into late teens.
