WORKSHOP DETAILS

Workshops focus on a specific skill or piece of apparatus and give gymnasts a concentrated session to enhance this one skill/piece with relevant preps and conditioning. A lot of the skills covered are those that gymnasts always want to master such as the cartwheel, walkover, back flips and somersaults.
Workshops are held during school holidays and occasionally during term time.
